Today I received my offical acceptance letter into the University of Northern iowa's Teacher Education program. It is very exciting and quite an acheivement. I noted this on my Facebook status and got a great response from my friends. Some whom I have known since high school. They are probably just as in awe about this as I am, since I was not a very good student in my early years.
Well fifteen years later, with a loving and guiding Lord, an Associates Degree, career experience and a support community that does not end, what once seemed impossible is not only possible, but happening! Today is a good day!
