Yesterday afternoon my college BFF and I took a road trip to the UNI campus in Cedar Falls, IA. We, along with other classmates, had been invited to our Induction Convocation ceremony. This is a ceremony where the people who have been accepted into the Teacher Education college within UNI are pinned.
As we showed up, the first thing we did was take our pictures under the University of Northern Iowa sign that was above the entrance of the welcome center. (TEE HEE HEE) After that we thought about walking around campus, but opted to find were we needed to go instead. We walked into Gallagher-Bluedorn Performing Arts Center and wondered where it was we were supposed to go. The place was huge, and resembled the entrance of the Civic center, with a more modern clean lined motif.
